Placing the implant in the jaw is done in a single session of about 30–60 minutes. The implant usually needs 2–4 months to fuse with the bone (osseointegration), after which the permanent porcelain tooth is fitted. Your dentist plans the process individually according to your bone structure.
Professional whitening carried out under a dentist’s supervision does not damage tooth enamel. Temporary sensitivity lasting a few days may occur afterwards; this is normal and resolves on its own. Your gum health and any cavities are checked before the procedure.
The duration depends on how crowded the teeth are and on age; it takes 12–24 months on average. Attending regular check-ups and following your dentist’s advice shortens the process. A retainer is used afterwards to maintain the result.
No. Root canal treatment is performed under local anaesthesia, so no pain is felt during the procedure; in fact it relieves existing toothache. Mild sensitivity may last a few days afterwards and is easily managed with painkillers.
